Associated with the Firm over the past 27 years, Suchitra Valjee has experience encompassing the entire gamut of litigation and dispute resolution including commercial, civil, criminal and constitutional matters.

She has advised clients on a wide array of contentious matters relating to banking and finance, legislative challenge, regulatory disputes in field of education and white collar crimes. She has represented clients before various courts and tribunals across India including Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. She has also advised clients on several real estate and celebrity contracts to ensure successful consummation of transactions.

She has also served as a member of the Aga Khan Conciliation and Arbitration Board for Western India.
