Our Sports Law practice advises and represents stakeholders across the international sports sector, with a focus on arbitration, regulatory disputes, and governance. We act for athletes, licensed agents, coaches, academies, clubs, and sporting institutions across multiple sports.

We regularly represent clients before international federations and arbitral bodies, including the FIFA Football Tribunal, the Dispute Resolution Chamber, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), in contractual, employment, disciplinary, and regulatory disputes. Our work includes jurisdictional strategy, conduct of proceedings, and enforcement of awards.

We advise and represent licensed sports agents in commission and contractual disputes, and professional athletes in regulatory matters involving transfers, registrations, discipline, and eligibility. We also support academies and coaches on governance, compliance, and contractual issues.

We negotiate and draft sports-related agreements with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, enforceability, and effective dispute resolution.
