Vikram Trivedi has been practicing law since 1980 and serves as Managing Partner of the Firm since 2000. With over 44 years of experience, he represents multinational corporations, corporate houses, high net worth individuals, business leaders, and celebrities across India.
A highly perceptive litigator and negotiator, Vikram successfully handles high-profile civil and criminal matters in real estate, commercial disputes, and intellectual property. His creative approach extends to formulating litigation strategies and advising on complex commercial and real estate transactions.
He is committed to developing legal talent—each Partner began their career as an intern at the Firm. Under his leadership, the Firm has handled prestigious assignments and contributed to law through precedent-setting judgments, making him the face of the Firm.
Vikram serves on the 'Law Review Reform and Rationalization' Committees of the Indian Merchants' Chamber and Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and sits on the Editorial Board of 'M&A Critique' magazine.
His passion for animals led him to establish the "Troy & Zeus Foundation" Public Charitable Trust in 2010 to prevent animal cruelty. The Firm's support of a Public Interest Litigation in the Bombay High Court resulted in banning horse-driven carriages for joy rides in Mumbai.
He also serves as a trustee of Asha Bhosle’s Humanitarian Trust and Stree Mandal Bombay a century old NGO focused on women’s empowerment and social welfare. Vikram is consistently recognized as a recommended lawyer by The Legal 500 – Asia Pacific India Guide to Law Firms.
